We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our growing Analytics and Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be someone smart, enthusiastic, and technical, with a passion for data and the know-how to present key findings with clarity and intelligence to decision makers. The candidate will be equally comfortable drawing business conclusions and presenting to key stakeholders, as they are with writing code and performing mathematical analysis.
What You’ll Be Doing…
• Provide analytical and decision support to key decision makers, helping to make better strategic and tactical decisions
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns with analysis throughout the campaign process
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, projections, and performance analyses and findings
• Be a subject matter expert that provides business insight through various analytical methods
• Make recommendations about business initiatives based on in-depth analysis of customer and business drivers
• Cross-train as appropriate to enhance analytical skills and cross line value
The Ideal Candidate…
• Excellent critical thought, analytical, creative and numbers skills
• Very strong customer service orientation
• Experience with enterprise reporting platform, particularly Business Objects, is a plus
• Experience developing simple, understandable reports and useful visualizations
• SQL and statistics knowledge a plus
• An interest in Sports, Poker or Casinos is an asset
• Strong data manipulation and presentation skills
