Position: Internet Traffic Manager
We are an organisation that operate multiples financial newsletters website.
We require Traffic management and implementation skills. Our sites are focused in the financial world, namely Penny Stocks, Trading, Day trading, Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis and Investment in General.
We are using methods and strategies to drive traffic to our sites but need someone fulltime in our office in the area of Montreal (in Rosemere specifically, very close to train station)
A few of the responsibilities:
Oversee all marketing channels and evaluate efficiency based off of actual cost per acquisitions (CPA). Run new and existing paid advertising campaigns. Track and optimize all traffic to ensure everything is performing at an expectable CPA. Make sure that company is on the bleeding edge of new developments.
Using the various social networks, marketplaces, and forums that have sprung up in the last few years to drive ultra laser targeted traffic.
Support SEO in driving traffic and links to main page. Promote the company or leader of the company as the expert in a particular niche through both online and offline PR.
Also Drive lead generation though the eBay website as an example.
This includes getting all of our products and services listed through
classified ads and paid auctions. Making sure that our ads/auditions are seen and have a high click through rate – drive people to “about me” page to start put through funnel.
Many other traffic sources are available and need to be developed and managed, per example we have extensive relationship in our industry that could be developed in JVs. And we are also looking at developing an affiliate program…
For someone of real quantifiable experience (real past success) in the field and also someone who understand and have learned from the same internet marketing school, we could give you a chance even if you do not live in MONTREAL area but there would be a need to come at our office frequently and we could cover traveling expenses for the right person.
Start Date: ASAP, we will run interviews starting the week on NOV 2nd and will make the selection by the end of the week for a start the following week most probably.
Salary: In the higher range of what is offered in the field and we will pay very well for the right candidate, we believe in rewarding the best talent even if a bit more expensive. Also we have a profit sharing plan in place.
