Mansef, a company specialising in the development and management of internet sites related to the adult entertainment industry and a leader in its activity sector is presently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.
Nature of position:
Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will have as a mandate to take part in the hiring of staff in every functional area (IT, sales, administration, content) of the organization. You will see to:
- Liaise with department managers to determine staffing needs
- Research and find best practices for recruiting staff using different means (internet, newspaper, conferences, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee insurance package through Great West Life
- Create process for scheduling vacations to ensure efficiency and meeting business needs
- Research and implement HR module to ensure accuracy in interview process and candidate selection
- Provide employees with human resource documentation (holidays, insurance, probation process, etc.)
- Carry out other tasks as required by the position
Qualifications:
- BAC in Administration, Commerce specialising in Human Resources or any other pertinent educational training
- Minimum 2 years experience in an HR role
- Experience in administration of a health insurance plan
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent writing skills in English and French
