Je suis un etudiant neo zelandais qui viens faire ses etudes a Montreal a partir de Janvier 2010. Je cherche donc un appartement plutot dans le centre ville ( l'ideal sera pres de metro atwater / guy concordia ) mais toutes offres pres du centre ville seront considerees. Je suis pret a payer jusqu'a 950 dollars pour un appartement 3 1/2 . Je prefere que l'appartement soit meuble - Je prefere aussi s'il se libere fin decembre. La duree est inderterminee pour l'instant, mais je dirais plutot jusqu'a fin juin / juillet mais cette date n'est pas du tout definitive ( je ferai ma decision par rapport a l'offre ) . I'm a student from new zealand who is coming to montreal and is looking for an apartment from the 1st of january. I'm looking for something in downtown ( preferably near concordia's swg campus). I am willing to pay up until 950 $ for a 3 1/2 apartment. I would prefer if the apartment was furnished. Also, i would prefer if i could come before the 1st of january that is to say ( 22-28 december). I haven't decided how long i want to stay for but the very minimum would be the end of the semester that is to say june / july. It would be good to have the possibility to renew.
