Installed in 2006, this lift is perfect for a wheelchair (electric or manual), or someone with a walker. It is a screw drive vertical platform lift in very good condition. Buyer arranges disassembly and transport. Original cost $7000. Goes from street level to main floor (9 steps), but maximum height is 73" (6 ft 1 in). Can also be used inside. Battery backup, and battery warmer for trouble-free winter operation.
