Technical Inside sales & Customer service 30K-40K

Job Description:
As part of the customer service and inside Sales Team, this candidate shall be primarily responsible for responding to incoming customer service telephone and email inquiries. Primarily interfacing with existing customer through the fielding of incoming calls, this candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills in both official languages, and the ability to solve customers product related questions both technical and non-technical in nature.
The candidate shall accomplish this in concert with other inside sales team member through campaigns focusing on developing and prospecting of new-targeted customer bases.
This individual may participate in the development of other sales materials as required to effectively present and sell our solutions to the Energy management market.
Responsibilities:
• Sales support and Customer service activities including technical product support.
• Service existing client base through the fielding of technical support service calls.
• Develop application notes and control schematics based upon customer needs.
• Lead Generation activities including but not limited to outgoing cold calling
• Present Webinar-online-presentations for both technical support and new product introduction purposes.
• Assist in the development of new sales initiatives / tools for presentation of our products internally.
• Develop training materials using power point for use at / by client training sessions.
Job Requirements:
• College degree (DEC) and/or 5 years equivalent experience
• Perfect command of French and English (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge Autocad, Visio of CRM software (ACT!, Goldmine, Maximizer etc), MS Office Suite, an asset
• Knowledge of HTML, and other web development / graphical programming tools an asset.
