- Monitor language forums in our industry focusing mainly on the specific country of your market and any adjacent countries that speak the same language. 
<br>
- Provide necessary feedback/suggestions/improvements to your Manager in areas of customer service and customer satisfaction 
<br>
- Assist manager in developing team efficiency processes and improvements to operating procedures
<br>
<br>
Required Skills
<br>
- Verbal and written fluency in French and English, other languages are considered an asset
<br>
- Possess a full understanding of Canadian French and English culture, language, market and trends
<br>
- Attention to detail
<br>
- Customer friendly attitude
<br>
- Capable of working with limited supervision
<br>
- Ability to understand a third language is desirable
<br>
- Able to adapt and respond to cultural differences in a respectful and professional manner

- Able to quickly adapt to and work with new software tools

Required Experience

- 1-5 years of Customer Service related experience

Customer liaison<br>
•	Ensures proper communication of requirements with the customer project team and manages any clarification required to establish clear and shared understanding of requirements with the customer;<br>

Le titulaire du poste relèvera de la directrice du service à la clientèle et aura les responsabilités suivantes :<br>
- Répondre aux demandes de facturation des clients (appels sortants);<br>
- Répondre aux demandes des agents de premier niveau du service à la clientèle;<br>
- Agir en tant qu'intermédiaire entre le client et les fournisseurs;<br>
- Faire l'analyse et la recherche des dossiers tout en effectuant leur mise à jour;<br>
- Effectuer le suivi de la correspondance;<br>
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.<br>

Exigences :<br>
- Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires;<br>
- Posséder au moins 3 années d'expérience au service à la clientèle;<br>
- Habiletés à accomplir diverses tâches administratives;<br>
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) parlé, lu, écrit<br>
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques courants (MS Office, Internet);<br>
- Capacité à interagir de façon professionnelle et courtoise avec la clientèle;<br>
- Capacité d'analyse et faire preuve de bon jugement pour la résolution de problèmes;<br>
- Faire preuve d'initiative et autonomie dans l'accomplissement des tâches.<br>

L’horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi de 8 h à 17 h et le salaire varie entre 33,000 $ et 35,000 $. <br>

The holder of this position will report to the Customer Service Director and will have the following Responsibilities:<br>
- Respond to any billing requests from customers;<br>
- Respond to any requests from first level customer officers;<br>
- Be the intermediate between the customer and suppliers;<br>

Qualifications:<br>

Notre client, une entreprise du monde de la finance et de l’investissement, invite 25 agents du service à la clientèle à rejoindre ses bureaux, situés en plein cœur de Montréal.<br>

Survol des responsabilités :<br>
- Répondre aux appels et aux courriels des clients de l’entreprise<br>
- Renseigner les clients sur leurs actions, leurs obligations et leur portefeuille en général<br>
- Diriger les clients vers les interlocuteurs appropriés quand vous ne pouvez les renseigner<br>

L’administrateur est responsable de la gestion et du rendement global d’un nombre défini de foyers qui participent au sondage. C’est le point de contact pour les panélistes. L’administrateur doit aussi s’assurer de la qualité des données au niveau du foyer et des membres des foyers. <br>

RESPONSABILITÉS À ASSUMER<br>
<br>
Gestion des panels<br>
•Assurer la coordination du nombre de foyers tabulés en s’assurant d’un volume élevé, selon la demande de travail et le système de rejet définis; <br>
•Être responsable du rendement et du maintien d’un nombre donné de foyers participants (p. ex. : taux de tabulés, conformité, taux d’abandon, donner suite aux demandes de travail) ;<br>
•Former et encadrer les membres du panel au téléphone à l’aide de techniques de motivation ; vérifier les problèmes techniques ou de conformité et répondre aux questions;<br>
•Analyser tous les aspects du rendement des membres du panel à l’aide du système de demandes de travail, d’un registre pour analyser les habitudes de conformité à la tâche, de mouvement et de retrait de l’audimètre, et d’une série de commandes SQL. S’occuper des foyers problématiques en les appelant et, si nécessaire, discuter des problèmes de conformité en vue de l’améliorer;<br>
•Effectuer plusieurs vérifications logiques afin de déceler toute anomalie dans les habitudes de port de l’audimètre, la réception et l’écoute réelle (p. ex. : écoute tardive chez les jeunes enfants) ;<br>
•Diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques avec l’équipement PPM au téléphone à l’aide de procédures documentées et organiser le retour / remplacement de l’équipement lorsque nécessaire ;<br>
•Effectuer un suivi de toutes les livraisons à destination et en provenance des foyers (équipement, documents de mise à jour, cadeaux) par Purolator et Postes Canada;<br>
•Évaluer le rendement du foyer ou du membre du foyer selon les références de mesure établi et proposer des recommandations au Superviseur quant aux foyers à être retirés du panel ;<br>
•Planifier et organiser l’envoi de matériel d’encouragement (cadeaux, bulletins de nouvelles, etc.) ;<br>
•Tenir à jour les fichiers maîtres sur chaque foyer participant, chaque membre du foyer à l’aide du questionnaire électronique ;<br>
•Prendre des décisions relativement courantes en lien avec les foyers tabulés ; référer les situations inhabituelles au superviseur ;<br>
•Offrir un service à la clientèle, interne et externe, à ses pairs et aux foyers participants/répondants en fournissant des informations, planifiant et coordonnant les activités pour les foyers tabulés selon les politiques, directives et pratiques établies<br>

Develop and maintain knowledge of PHH rates, terms, financing alternatives, billings, expense control, service card procedures and automotive knowledge.<br>
Maintain up-to-date status of individual client accounts.  Note specific problem area and trends, review status with appropriate personnel and make recommendation concerning new and/or corrective action.<br>
Participate in various meetings with clients and visit clients locations, as required, to explain specific processes and procedures and to resolve a variety of problems.<br>
Through excellent service delivery, work to optimize client satisfaction and retention.<br>
<br>
QUALIFICATIONS: <br>
2 - 3 years experience, involving direct client contact preferably in the vehicle industry, where tact and discretion must be utilized or equivalent outside experience in a service oriented function with client/vendor contact.<br>
Proficient in the use of MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint<br>
Fluently bilingual (French & English)<br>
 Strong organizational and communication skills	<br>
