Studio Associate needed for sears portrait studio in place cote-vertu
Summary of Responsibility:
The Studio Associate is responsible for effectively contributing, on an
individual and team basis, to the profitable operation of their assigned
studio. They must strive to execute the vision and overall business strategy
of Sears Portrait Studio to drive sales and increase profitability.
Requirements:
The successful candidate for this position must demonstrate:
-bilingualism in both french and english.
-Strong sales, telemarketing, and customer service skills.
-An ability to work patiently with children.
-Strong people and communication skills.
-Patience and empowerment when handling customer issue.
-Strong creativity ability.
-The ability to multi-task.
-The ability to manage time and problem solve.
-The physical ability to:
>bend, stoop, squat, crawl, and rest on knees up to 33% of the time.
>lift up to 30 pounds.
>stand for long periods of time.
>occasionally climb a ladder to approximately ten feet above floor level.
>A strong ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as work
alone (single coverage).
>A passion to learn and succeed.
>The ability to recognize areas for improvement and take initiative to develop
skills.
>A willingness to share ideas with supervisor(s).
>An eagerness and ability to take on additional responsibilities as assigned
