We are seeking a Full-time Account Manager/Customer Service Rep to serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. This position is guaranteed to turn into a full-time position after the probationary period.
Duties:
Enter and track purchase orders.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Has the ability to communicate with your co-workers and customers effectively.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
