Promotional company looking for a Customer Service Representative. Take orders via email, fax and phone; fill out forms regarding customer orders and purchasing requests; enter orders, follow up and have direct contact with customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, detail oriented, professional and stable. We will provide training. Must be computer literate (Excel, Word). Fluent in English with functional spoken French. Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm. Starting salary: $25k. Location: Cote de Liesse. Face paced environment. Growth potential.
General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and product requests.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
respond promptly to customer inquiries
handle and resolve customer complaints
obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
perform customer verifications
process orders, forms, applications and requests
direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
manage customers' accounts
keep records of customer interactions and transactions
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
record details of actions taken
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
follow up on customer interactions
Education and Experience
High school diploma. CEGEP and University an asset
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
knowledge of relevant computer applications
ability to type fast and accurately
knowledge of administrative procedures
product knowledge
