We are currently hiring a part-time customer service representative for our Brossard Language Centre. This position reports into the Language Centre Director. The ideal candidate will be able to work strongly independently, have excellent sales manner and customer service skills. Hours of work are Monday-Friday from 4pm-7:30pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm.
As a Customer Service Representative at Berlitz, you will be working in an office setting and with clients face to face or over the telephone. You will work well independently and as part of the team. In addition, you are self-motivated and able to trouble shoot issues as they arise.
As a Berlitz Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for but not limited to:
o Building relationships and providing the highest level of customer service
o Reporting, data entry, inventory and bookkeeping activities
o Providing sales support via telephone inquiries, scheduling of appointments and related follow up activities
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Superior customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have sales manner.
• Must be bilingual (French and English)
