A call to the visual artists of Montreal! We are a group of musicians starting up an ambitious theatrical rock opera project. In the vain of David Bowie's Outside or NIN's Year Zero, it is an epic story set in the 31st century about escaping a dying Earth as it finally succumbs to another thousand years of man kinds subsequent abuse.

Basically we hope to have a video playing while musicians preform the musical live, including open speech interludes with character interactions, and dramatic thematic music representative if the flowing story line. With this we would like to have graphic booklets to accompany the show with art and further detail into the story line. We are not on a budget, so we are looking for capable people with their own resources who are passionate about art and ambitious enough to get involved with us. THE UGLY(EST) WINTER SWEATER EXHIBITION

Ctrllab invites you to submit your ugliest winter sweater for our 1st annual charitable holiday event. The sweater can be one which has been long-lost in the deep, dark, depths of your closet or one which you have chosen to manipulate/create. The initiative is to host a fun and lively one night event with contests/prizes including live performances, art, and music.

The one night exhibition will be held on evening of Friday the 11th of December 2009. The selected ugly sweaters will be treated like true pieces of art by hanging and lighting them on our gallery walls. We will ask every selected sweater owner to have ready a short paragraph about the relationship or first encounter between their sweater and themselves. Every sweater will be returned after the event.

DEADLINE: Applications must be received by Friday, November 27th, 2009 at 5pm.

Submissions must include:
1. A digital image of your sweater. Jpeg format suggested, not exceeding 2 MB or 1024 x 768 pixels

I am an artist.

I am working on creating a web site for me.
I have to have artistic nudes.
I do have quite a few works done but I need more.

That is why I place this ad.

If you wish I can take a picture of you in the nude - artistic nude.

My only condition:
I am giving you all the negatives of the shooting but I have the right to keep a few pictures of you for my collection - if you want discretion, then, might be pictures in which your face will not show.

I believe there are many artists out there who would want to pose in the nude in front of their creations - or in other poses related to their creation.
That is why I am posting here.

I am looking for males and females.
I do have a personal preference to male nude but I am good in both.

You can tell me about your fantasy and I can figure out a way the final product to be the way you wanted in photographic terms.

You may be the writer and I may be the director so to speak.

I can assure you about my discretion
I can keep secrets and personal stories.
My - up to now - artistic nude collection is proving that (it is a big collection).

The pictures I will keep, will be used for my collection and for nothing more.

Hello!
I am doing a photo project for cegep and am in need of a female model ( between 18-30). All the pictures require a woman seated in front of a mirror, dressed in 1930-1940s clothing. In each photo she removes an accessory ( fur stole, hat, jewelery) before removing her makeup. There is no nudity whatsoever! I can't pay you ( I'm a student) so this is really for anyone who just wants some modeling/acting experience and would like to be a part of what could potentially be a very wicked project? Ideally, I'm looking for women with faces that one could find in an 1930s-1940s film!
