Hello! I have a lovely, bright painting studio (250 sq ft) in the Grover building at Parthenais and Ontario that I want to sublet mid December to end of January as I will be away.
I am asking $250 for the whole time or $200 for the month of January.
One wall is all windows and then there are two longs walls. One large desk with chair, small desk on rollers ideal for painting, some storage.
It is part of a larger studio shared with 4 other painters. Sink, microwave, fridge, 24 hour access.
