This apartment has been very well maintained, there was also brand new floating wood floors installed July 2009. <br>

There are two closed bedrooms one master with one big closet, and another bedroom with 2 smaller closets. Each bedroom has a big window and electric heating. There is a brand new fridge and stove included. Theres a big open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Theres also a really nice balcony over looking a tree lined bike path in beautiful pierrefonds west off St. Charles. There is also laundry hookups located in the spacious bathroom!! (I have a washer and dryer I would be willing to sell for very cheap) <br>

This apartment is vary spacious with a linnen closet, jacket closet and huge storage closet. Many of the tennants have lived here over ten years. The building is very quiet, I have never been able to hear any of the neighbours. <br>
<br>
This is a really great deal for a 4 1/2 with laundry hookups in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is easy acces to busses outside of the door - including the 470 that goes to fariview within mins, and cote vertu metro station and also there are two train express busses that will take you to either deux montagnes train, or the st. Charles train. There is also many grocerie stores within 5 min, a dollarstore, pharamcies..every thing you need.<br>
