2 min to Queen Mary and 10 min walk to Monkland area: grocery shops (Provigo, Metro, fruit/nut stores), coffee shops (Second Cup, Starbucks, Java U, private cute ones), bread shops (premiere moisson, au pain dore), cool restaurants/shops.
We have 3 bedrooms for rent, two of them are $435, and the master bedroom is for $480. This includes the rent and hydro (hot water). On top of this you'd need to pay for electricity (~$20/month), and wireless internet (~$25/month).
