This is a great apartment right in the heart of Montreal, on Rue St. Denis. It has a kitchen/living room and a separate bed room. It also has a bathroom and a large closet in the hallway. It is beside U.Q.A.M. university which is nice for students. There is a fridge and stove as well as a washer and dryer that comes with the place. There is space out back for a barbecue and stairs leading down to a courtyard downstairs. The apartment is on the second of three floors, and has high ceilings. The place is up for lease transfer starting A.S.A.P and ending in July with option to renew. To those who wanted the place before, feel free to call back, the person I chose ended up being unreliable. I am letting the place go because I am moving in with my girlfriend.
