I have a very neat fully furnished studio apartment available for share. The rent is 650$. I have every furniture needed therefore the person who shares the place with me can use everything and does not need to buy or bring anything else except for a drawer to store personal belongings.
The place include high speed internet and cable. All utilities are included in the price.
I am an engineer, working during the day. No offence to guys, but ladies are only welcome. The person who is to share the place with me has to be very neat and a none smoker. Pets are not preferred.
As my place is very close to Concordia and McGill, students are more than welcome too.
