My roomate and I are looking for 2 or more people to take over our apartment as of January 1, 2010. It is perfectly located on the downtown campus of Concordia and has a lot amenities nearby. It is close to Crescent St for the bars and restaurants and walking distance to McGill University and shopping area. The nearest metro is Guy/Concordia. This apartment is beautifuly placed on the 12th floor and you get a nice view of the city. It is $1100 for the whole thing everything included. There is a washer/dryer are located in the building as well.
