I'll be showing my 3 1/2 in the next few days, for a Dec. 1st moving day. The apartment is charming, with large windows (though it's a semi-basement, it gets a lot of light) all hardwood floors, a very large kitchen and access to a backyard area (it's cement, but with lots of green weeds poking through). Located very near parks, lots of varied grocery shopping, cafes, St. Viateur Bagel, the 80 bus, a library, the YMCA and lots more. Hydro is not included - on average, it's $65 a month.
