A big 3 and a half everything included except electricity, but electricity is only 15 dollars for 2 months. Pool, sauna, and a laundry room included in the penthouse (last floor). I'm also leaving behind 2 sofas (one big one and one small one) a desk, and a Tv stand for FREE!!!! for whoever would take it.
