Very quiet. The apartment is located at the last floor of a triplex. It is very bright, lots of windows.
Nice private terrace off the kitchen overlooks a unique and leafy courtyard.
No building immediately behind so we get extra light through the window on the side.
Additional private balcony off the small room facing the street.
Many large existing closets fore clothes and storage.
The only furniture will stay in the apartment is the kitchen cabinets.
All the other furniture you see in the photos is not part of the rental.
Hydro extra approx $100 per month on yearly basis -covers heat/lights and hot water.
For personal reasons I have unfortunately to leave this great apartment.
Available at the end of December or 1st January.
Pleasant and attentive landlord.
My contract will end Sept 2010, the landlord will probably start a new contract.
