Nos traders se concentrent sur du court terme, petits risques, et sur des hauts volumes de trades quotidien. Toutes les exécutions sont dirigées automatiquement de notre trading floor jusqu’au New York Stock Exchanges, NASDAQ, European Exchanges, et les marche de future via un propre réseau conçu pour fournir à nos traders de réels avantages concurrentiels.
Tous les traders qui rejoignent World Trades Securities doivent suivre une formation complète et rigoureuse de trois mois. Nos programmes d’entrainements au trading se basent sur trois points principaux: une introduction aux différents marchés financiers, aux moyens et outils d’exécutions des trades, et à la psychologie et la gestion efficace des risques.
Au terme de notre programme d’entrainement les traders qui auront passés le test avec succès disposeront directement d’une part du capital de l’Enterprise qu’ils pourront investir pour commencer leur carrière de trader. Ce capital mis à disposition est passé en revue quotidiennement. Puis si Les trades quotidien se révèlent consistants et profitables nous augmenterons le pouvoir d’achat.
Nous attendrons des traders qu’ils analysent et développent des stratégies de trading et qu’ils aident à l’amélioration du système de trading.
Les traders juniors travaillent généralement de 8h 30 à 17H.
Rémunération
Les traders sont rémunérés au pourcentage de leurs trades profitable au mois. Les meilleurs juniors traders sont généralement promus à la position de senior trader 12 mois après la formation. Les traders seniors gagnent entre $100,000 à $200,000 à l’année.
Compétences requises
Les candidats éligibles disposeront de connaissances académiques et d’expériences professionnelles qui démontrent intelligence, compétitivité, et capacité de concentration.
Du fait qu’il n’y ait pas de rémunération fixe les candidats doivent faire preuve d’envie, de détermination et de confiance en soi pour réussir. Et si ils ont le besoin de se subvenir financièrement pendant le programme d’entrainement ceux ci doivent avoir suffisamment d’ambition pour occuper un deuxième emploie pendant le temps de la formation.

Description
Our traders focus on short term, low risk, high frequency trading of domestic equities. All trade executions are routed electronically from the trading desk to the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, European Exchanges, and the futures markets via a proprietary network designed to provide our traders with a competitive edge.
All traders joining the firm must complete a rigorous, three-month training curriculum. Our training program focuses on three major topics: an introduction to the financial markets, trading venues and electronic execution of trades, and psychology and effective management of investment risk.
At the completion of the training program, traders who have passed will immediately be allocated a portion of the firm’s capital to begin their career as a trader. This capital allocation is reviewed on a daily basis. Performance based increases in capital allocations are made if a trader exhibits consistent profitability and growth.
Trader will be expected to analyze and develop trading strategies and help on trading system improvements.
Junior Traders typically work from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Compensation:
Traders are compensated with a percent of their profitability each month. Successful Junior Traders are typically promoted to the position of Senior Trader twelve months after finishing the training program. Senior Traders typically earn $100,000 to $200,000 per year,

-Eligible candidates will have academic and work experience credentials that demonstrate intelligence, competitiveness, and focus.
-As there is no base salary, eligible candidates must have the drive, determination, and confidence in themselves to succeed; and, if they need to support themselves during the training program, have the ambition to get a second job during this time
