Notre client, un distributeur-grossiste qui jouit d’une solide réputation dans son domaine, est à la recherche d’un(e) préposé(e) à la paie pour sa succursale de Saint-Laurent.
Ce contrat à long terme offre un horaire de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30 ainsi qu’un salaire concurrentiel. À qui la chance?
Au sein du service de la paie, votre semaine de travail consistera de 3 jours à la paie et de 2 jours à la comptabilité. Vous devrez entre autres :
- Préparer la paie pour 130 employés à taux horaire à partir des cartes de pointage
- Imprimer des rapports
- Utiliser les systèmes Céridian et InSync
- Effectuer du classement et de la saisie de données à la comptabilité
Votre candidature retiendra notre attention si vous avez les compétences et les qualités suivantes :
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience avec les systèmes Céridian et InSync (une excellente maitrise de ces systèmes est obligatoire)
- Expérience avec les cartes de pointage et le calcul de CSST
- Bilingue tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

Our client, a wholesale distributor with a solid reputation in its field, is seeking a Payroll Clerk for their St. Laurent branch.
This long term contract offers an 8:30 – 4:30 pm schedule with a competitive salary.
Your weekly schedule will consist of 3 days working with payroll and 2 days working on accounting. In addition, you will have the following tasks:
- Prepare payroll and timecards for 130 employees
- Print documents
- Utilize Ceridian and InSync systems
- File and prepare accounting database work
Your profile will grab our attention if you meet the following qualifications:
