Dans ce rôle relevant du Contrôleur, vous ferez partie d’une équipe de comptables couvrant plusieurs responsabilités dont la gestion du cycle complet des comptes à payer, écritures comptables au grand livre et les conciliations bancaires.
Notre client, une entreprise stable et bien établie dans le secteur manufacturier, est présentement à la recherche d’un commis comptes payables pour son bureau à Ville St. Laurent
Critères d’embauche
• Bilinguisme (oral et écrit)
• DEC en comptabilité/finance ou équivalent
• 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
• Expérience dans l’industrie manufacturière un atout
• Maîtrise des logiciels Word et Excel
Description du poste:
• Gestion du cycle complet des comptes à payer
• Émission des paiements (chèques ou virements)
• Conciliation bancaires
• Entrer donner
• Responsable des allocations de dépenses
• Écritures comptables au grand livre
• Divers rapports

Position : Accounts Payable Clerk – Well established and stable company (Ville St. Laurent)
Salary: 30-35K
Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be an integral part of the financial team with responsibilities covering the full for accounts payable cycle, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
Our client is a well established and stable company in the manufacturing industry looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for their office in Ville St Laurent.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingualism (spoken and written)
- DEC in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Distribution experience is an asset
- Proficient in Word and Excel
Job Description:
- Responsible for accounts payable cycle
- Check run (cheques or wire payments)
- Data entry
- Bank reconciliations
- Expense reports
- Reconciliation of GL accounts
- Journal entries to general ledger
- Various reports
